It takes a lot of hard work to get the right information to the street at the right time. We work quickly and efficiently as a team to make it happen. Research, Sales and Trading work together to complete sales seamlessly, and we believe our ability to coordinate all relevant departments is a clear competitive advantage for our clients.

Our Sales Professionals have an average of 15 years of Wall Street experience covering small to mid-cap growth stocks. They are truly sales "analysts" who are in continual dialogue with our customers as market conditions change. Because we know that personal relationships are important, they take the time to meet with virtually every management team for the stocks that we cover.

Our sales effort is global, with nearly 20% of our overall business coming from our international clients. Our Research Analysts use multiple sources of information from trade press, scientific journals and their superior industry knowledge and contacts to cull the latest information. Then it's up to Sales to quickly disseminate that information to our institutional clients in time to have an impact.
